About Queen Joseph
My name is Queen Joseph, and I was on the autonomous vehicle operations team at Waymo (onsite via Transdev), and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve suspended operations leaving me (and others without work).
I want to get back to my customer success roots, so I’m looking for a full-time remote customer success position (mid-senior level). I have over five years of experience working in customer success, including onboarding, account management, product education, and consulting.
